Terms of Service

By creating an account or using rizvest.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Rizvest provides Shariah-compliance screening and portfolio tools for information and education only. Screening verdicts are computed from public filings (primarily SEC EDGAR) and live market data under a published, versioned methodology, and they can change as data or methodology change.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18 years old. Notify us of any unauthorized use at asrasarkeratl@gmail.com.

Some features require a paid subscription ("Premium"). Paid plans may begin with a free trial; unless cancelled before the trial ends, they convert to a paid subscription and renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

If you connect a brokerage account, that connection is provided by a third party (SnapTrade) and is subject to its terms and to your broker's terms. We use it only to retrieve your holdings for screening. You can disconnect at any time. You may also enter or import holdings manually.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape or resell our data, or use it for unlawful purposes.

The Service, its content, and its methodology are owned by Rizvest and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own investing decisions. Underlying company filings are public data from their respective sources.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that verdicts, data, or prices are accurate, complete, current, or uninterrupted. Markets and filings change, and third-party data may contain errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rizvest and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any investment losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may modify the Service or these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notified to you. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
